Cancellation Policy
• Without Cancellation Insurance: No refund will be provided if canceled. •With Cancellation Insurance: For a $30 fee, customers can cancel anytime before the dumpster is loaded for delivery and receive a full refund (minus the $30 insurance fee).
• Mistake Orders: If a customer contacts us immediately after booking to correct a mistaken order, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
